Refunds, Returns & Cancellations – FAQ

Q: Do you accept refunds or returns?
At Pixeluate, all sales are final. We currently do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed. Please double-check your size, address, and order details before checkout.


Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes — order cancellations are accepted only if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Once approved, refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.


Q: What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email support@pixeluate.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Once verified, we’ll replace or correct the issue at no extra cost.


Q: What if my address is wrong or my package is lost?
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Pixeluate is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to address errors.
